ATA Division Elections 2015

ATA's 18 professional-interest Divisions provide specialty- and language-specific information to assist their members in today's competitive marketplace. They offer a wide variety of benefits and services, all organized by volunteers.

What are division elections?
Each ATA Division is led by an Administrator and Assistant Administrator. Election of these officers is held every two years in accordance with the results of these elections are announced during the ATA Annual Conference.

Elected Division officers must be (a) members of the Division, and (b) voting members of ATA (Active or Corresponding).

While job duties may vary slightly from Division to Division, the officers are primarily responsible for building a team of volunteer members to prepare a quarterly newsletter, recruit presenters for the ATA Annual Conference, submit content for the group's website, and organize the Division's annual networking event. Announcement of election results 
The newly elected Division officers will be announced at the 2015 Division Annual Meetings in Miami, Florida, during ATA's 56th Annual Conference (November 4-7, 2015).
