Sponsor Checklist

In preparation for the ATA Annual Conference, here is a checklist to help make your sponsorship a success. Just follow these steps, and you'll be all set!



Step #1

Assign Complimentary Registrations: Deadline September 21

-You may receive complimentary full-conference registrations, depending on your level of sponsorship. You will be provided with a special registration code in order to assign these complimentary registrations.



Step #2

Review Company Profile: Deadline October 1

-Review your company name, website, and profile by clicking here. To request changes or corrections, send an email to Caron Mason at caron@atanet.org.




Step #3

Deliver Your Tote Insert: Deadline October 19

-You may provide an item to be inserted into each totebag, given to every conference attendee. We expect 1,800 attendees, so it is recommended to provide 1,800 inserts.
-Inserts must be delivered to the Hilton San Diego Bayfront by 3:00pm, Friday, October 19. You must use the shipping label provided.
-Please provide the following information by email to Caron Mason at caron@atanet.org so that ATA may successfully locate your inserts:
1) Description of inserts (flier, brochure, pen, etc.)
2) Number of boxes sent
3) Carrier used (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.)
4) Tracking number

advertise in the Conference Programs and The ATA Chronicle.

become an exhibitor to promote your services and products.

post a banner ad on the ATA Website and in the e-newsletter, ATA Newbriefs.


Attention Tool Vendors
If you are a translation tool vendor who is also an exhibitor, you could be selected to provide an in-depth tool tutorial—not a sales pitch—for your software. submit a tutorial
